The Vienna Conference was held in Austria from December 5-7, 2007. On this occasion, Handicap International had invited witnesses and victims of submunition disasters. The idea was to insist on the need to provide victims with all the necessary means (financial, human and organizational) so that these direct victims, as well as their families and the communities affected by the weapons, can fully exercise their rights.
